A lot of people neglect flexibility training/stretching but avoiding it most likely will cause injuries that could lead to serious mobility issues in the future.
Every day give yourself some time to stretch especially when you are working out you, should stretch your entire body for at least 5 minutes before, so your body will get ready for the stress you are going to put on it and 5 minutes after as part of your cool down.
